We are hoping to expand this year, and are currently seeking sponsors for our 2009 Chicago Hip-Hop Heritage Month celebrations. Sponsorship supports our efforts to promote the positive messages of self-empowerment and community re-building through hip-hop arts, language and culture. Some sponsors may opt to underwrite all, or specific events, others may choose a particular area of the campaign, some sponsors may even choose to customize a package that helps them meet certain outreach, and promotional goals.
There are a variety of sponsorship options available, and you can mix & match options from different categories to create a unique package. Sponsorship options and package details are summarized in the following...
Package Options
Level A Options
Stage Banner (1 per event)
Logo & name on promotional calendar
Sponsor plug by host in hourly or 30 minute increments, depending on event schedule
Product distribution via street team (5,000 - 100,000 pieces. Chicago, Suburbs)
VIP All Access Package (Reserved seating, receptions, after-party passes, )
Naming an event: ie ‘Your Company Name Here’ Hip-Hop Event
Full-page ad in our official printed program
Mention in paid radio, or print advertising
Level B Options
2 – 3 Sponsor plugs by host during event
Sampler/Product distribution at event, Giveaways
Prominent banner placement at sponsored events
Logo & name on promotional T-shirts, or Calendar
Half page display ad in our official printed program
Level C Options
